1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Dynasty Housing platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Provision of Services

Dynasty Housing operates as a licensed Japanese Real Estate Brokerage. All property listings are subject to availability and final landlord approval. Displayed prices (in Yen or estimated USD) are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and final contract terms.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all documents and information provided during the application process, particularly for DoW housing military inspections.
